This mobile cooking cart features two, flush-mounted, 12 5/8" x 13 7/16" induction ranges, each with a 2600W output. Both ranges have 20 cook mode levels that can be precisely adjusted between 100 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing you to cook omelets, saute vegetables, and prepare your signature meat dishes. This unit also has a built-in down draft filtration system, which helps to eliminate vapor and odors in the air caused by the induction ranges, and helps to maintain an enjoyable dining experience. This unit is complete with a cabinet-mounted power management system, which provides power to the entire cooking station, and a stylish, stainless steel cabinet with laminate doors.
The ranges on this unit are equipped with exclusive SmartScan technology, which helps to ensure the temperature is correct, promotes energy efficiency, and offers over / under voltage protection. With pan size and pan type recognition, your cookware is better protected from damage and burnt products can be more easily avoided. The ranges are easy to operate, with a digital LED display, solid state controls, and indicator lights that show when the range is on and when a pan is sitting on the surface. Plus, these ranges are durable and easy-to clean with a stainless steel, stick-resistant body, and a thick 5mm tempered glass surface.
The quiet-running, 350W, cabinet-mounted downdraft three stage filtration system includes a washable prefilter to remove grease, dust, and other particulates, a rigid cell filter to remove smoke and fine particulates, and finally, a carbon absorption filter to remove fumes and odors. The air filter system captures 96.7% of 1 -3 micron particulate. The filters are also easy to access by a drawer slide, for convenience when maintaining the system.
