This unit features 2 efficient metallic rollers which work well with dry, stiffer, cracker-like doughs, adding another layer of versatility to the machine. The 15" long metallic rollers easily adjusts to your desired thickness, ensuring a precise, uniform sheet of dough every time. Not only does this unit reduce the amount of physical work needed to create sheets of dough, but it also helps save on time and labor costs to further increase your operation's efficiency!
This dough sheeter features a 1/2 hp motor with a durable, heavy-duty stainless steel construction to provide long-lasting use in your establishment. Along with its ergonomic design, this unit's compact size helps save on valuable countertop space and allows for easy storage while the synthetic, spring loaded scrapers remove easily for cleaning. Simple ON / OFF buttons are located on the front of the unit to provide easy operation, and its 4" adjustable stainless steel legs with rubber feet ensure the unit stays securely in place during use. We bought this unit a year and a couple months ago and the motor already went out on us. We do not recommend this unit or company.

I was really hoping this would be the replacement for my old Anets SDR21 that had been in operation at MY place for 20 years(bought used so I have no idea how old it actually was before it died but I’m guessing it had close to 40 years of service total). We’ve had this in use for just over a year now and we are on our on our THIRD motor! It’s brand new and making squeaking noises like bearings are going out. Just a lemon all around. There’s no way it can handle 600-800 sheets per hour as stated on its spec sheet. Only light use establishments should consider it.

I really like that brand somerset, cause will never cause u problem....the best ..just need to be clean every day after used ..
