Don’t buy this! Is trash, only lasted 6months. It’s a waste of money. Purchased on 2020 started use it on December 1st of grand opening an sit went out last month, call the store and they roll me I have to purchase a new one.

went through 3 of these in about a year. turned out to be the door latch being fragile. if its damaged by catching on a shirt or anything, its plastic, then you need to spend a lot of money on a new door. the latch isnt sold separately, and without repair the microwave wont heat. The part is molded plastic and probably cents to make, but again, only choice is a new door. Otherwise the unit worked well as advertised. in trash now and searching other brands. would not recommend.

Solid microwave, solid warranty! Can be a workhorse for multiple years. Spend the extra money and stop having to deal with microwaves smoking out at the worst times!

This has been a great Microwave! We put it to use constantly and they have been great for over 2 years. It can really heat things up quickly.

A beast of a microwave, this unit has been our only one for the last seven years! It works best only heating one item/bowl/plate/etc. at a time, but it works very well.

Bought May 5 2023 and use it to only heat sandwiches little of a year later DEAD. Smells like burning plastic and will not heat. Dont waste your money

Very noisy, and sometimes the programs miss up

I had to have a microwave on hand but don’t actually use it often. It doesn’t have a turn table inside so be prepared to warm things in small increments and stir often. It is very powerful and has handy preset options. It doesn’t take up much room which is very nice if your kitchen is quite small.

Quick cooking, easy to use with no learning curve on operating. Take note, you do need a 240V outlet to get this thing fired up. Well worth having your electrician add the extra.

After years of using a regular Microwave it was finally time to upgrade to something with a little more power. The interior is easy to clean, massive, and the power is amazing. So happy with this purchase.

Replaced one microwave with this one last year and plan on purchasing another soon. Very easy to use. The preset times are great. In fact we haven’t even programmed it yet.

Currently have 8 of these units in a busy call center environment. The oldest is coming up on 2 years and so far there continue to work perfectly and very simple to operate. One user decided to put substantially too much cook time on their dinner and it literally charred the food so badly that the it set off building smoke alarms, bringing in the fire department. The point of the story is the charred paper plate highly stained the inside base of the unit and with some cleaning detergent I was able to remove 95% of the stain and to this day, the unit still functions flawlessly. I am moving to a new site shortly and will gladly purchase more for this site.

This piece of junk lasted less than 3 weeks before it died. Try and research "Solwave" and see what you come up with. It's a no name china company. It is certainly not a "commercial" quality microwave. Drive down the freeway and throw your money out the window if you want to buy this. Works was better than our Panasonic microwaves. Cooks faster and has not failed as our others seem to do when under very heavy use during peak times.

Powerful microwaves great for fast service during a busy lunch rush. The interior is a bit small, but large enough for one normal plate. Push button controls with presets are great when you're hurrying.

Awesome Microwave. Well made, not a waste of money. We have it set on the 208V settings. Easy to clean on the inside. Preset times work great for our kitchen.

I feel as if this microwave does not heat evenly. It heats up dishes at the bottom but not the top. Food either comes out to hot or not hot enough depending on the dish. I do like the timing options it’s of increments of 10 seconds

have had to replace the door latch assembly twice on this product first time it was covered under warranty. also bulbs keep blowing out . on the positive side very strong cooks quickly

The Solwave commercial microwave is great. We use it daily in our kitchen and it heats everything up quickly and evenly, We may have to add another one for next year.

Great commercial microwave. Very powerful, makes our everyday life much more easier. Easy to use and clean. After making some research online, this one is a great option if you prefer to save some money.

This microwave has an easy to clean exterior, and the inside is also rather easy to keep in like-new condition. It heats items up quickly and effectively, and the short cuts on the keypad are useful.

Ordered (2) Solwave MW2100T Commercial Microwaves on September 23rd 2015 Order #15306571. The first microwave broke due to door switch and fuse problems. Solwave hired a company to service equipment and made two attempts to order parts and fix unit. Six weeks later they shipped a new unit. The same thing happened to my second microwave ordered in 2015 and that unit broke w/ the same issue and had to wait six weeks for parts and service and again unable to fix and I was sent new unit. I am hoping they have fixed the problem w/ the two new units I have today.

We have had about 6 different microwaves in the 10 1/2 years we are open and this is the first 1 that actually keeps up with our pace during peak times. It cut down our heating times by about 25-30%. Love this microwave and recommend to any restaurant.

Excellent commercial microwave. It's a true high power commercial unit. There's really no need to pay the extra for another brand when this unit does the same thing and saves a tremendous amount.
