The Steelton 18" x 24" NSF Chrome 5-Shelf Kit with 72" Posts is ideal for what I wanted to fit into my 22ft × 6ft × 9inc kitchen. There was a special slot waiting for this piece. A great and sturdy unit for storing my takeaway cups, plates, boxes and also condiments. Great item at a great price.

Buyer beware! So, so disappointed in these. I ordered a range of shelves for a storage room hut unfortunately we couldn’t move into it until after the return window closed. The two bigger racks I ordered have no middle reinforcement underneath the shelves, which were bowed when we received them and started to sag the second we put even lightweight objects on them. Totally defeats the purpose of investing in metal shelving! You can’t see clearly in the product photos that the largest shelves only have the double band with a zigzag of metal around the edges, with no additional one in the middle. Seems to be a Steelton issue, as the Regency rack I ordered at the same time is reinforced. This product is similar weight and heft to the cheap “Honey-Do” knock-off NSF systems you can get at HD/Amazon; I thought ordering from a restaurant supply company would result in a better product. Buying replacement shelves will be expensive and annoying but I’ll probably have to.

Great sturdy shelf that is as described. very easy to assembly. Used in a coffee house to hold boxes and will be long lasting. meets all needs for food inspections and great shipping.

This shelving has taken a beating and still holding up. Strong and I love that it has all the attachments to allow for other confirgurations which have been great help.

Received damaged but it was replaced immediately

I truly love this shelving unit. Bright chrome finish looks like it will last a lifetime, the caster wheels were so easy to install, and the can be levelled! This went together with nothing more than a soft mallet and piece of wood to tap the shelves into place. I liked it so much I ordered a larger one and threw out my old shelves. Great quality, good price, quick delivery times. I would feel good recommending this shelving.

Shelf is good quality and very sturdy

Junk. Soft metal bends easily when installing shelves onto clips. The supports that run the length of the middle of the shelves is just a single wire; not welded supports like on the edges. The shelves sag easily under light loads. Other brands have the fully welded middle support and are much more rigid. Avoid this brand for shelving. If I had realized that they were built so cheaply I wouldn't have ordered this brand.

Absolutely an awesome chrome shelf to put all my things on. Is adjustable can be tall shelves can be short shelves. Installation was simple took me about 29 minutes to put together. I would recommend this shelf to everyone that wants to make the most of any room. Lots of stuff can be put in this chrome shelve and heavy things too.

We have bought 8 of these racks. They all came packaged well, were easy to assemble, are attractive and substantially built. We are using them to store totes of fabric, Christmas, reloading supplies and cookware on. We have one that is used to store items in a pantry and one that we have as an organizer in a closet.

Steelton doesn't number their posts, which is not nearly as convenient as posts that ARE numbered. but their clips have a line that help you line up your clips, which is convenient. If you don't need casters, i recommend "Regency 18" x 48" x 74"" which is currently $ and has much sturdier metal and can hold twice as much weight. You can pretty much bend the center of the shelves with little to medium effort. 3 stars for a lower bang for your buck.

Nice large wire rack at a good price. Perfect upgrade for my storage closet. Was shipped quickly.

I needed shelves in a closet. Instead of making them out of wood, I found the perfect size with the NSF Chrome shelf kit. Very well made, easy to assembly will definitely purchase again.
