Learn how to install and clean your ServIt rotary shelf.
Cleaning and installation of rotary shelves. To install the rotary shelves, tilt the shelf into the heated cabinet and place the base in the bottom hole. Align the top of the rack into the clutch and screw it in using the nut and bolt.
To clean the shelf, turn off and unplug the unit. Wait about 30 minutes for it to cool down. For faster cooling, open the glass door.
Loosen the top nut and bolt from the clutch. Tilt the shelf out of the heated cabinet. Hand wash it with warm soapy water and let it air dry. Place the shelf back into the unit and secure it with the nut and bolt.
