Definitely a good product for the money. And yes it doesn’t come with a cord. It’s simple to hook up though with minimal skill. Does a great job of hot holding plates. It’s definitely better than the janky heat lamp versions that are basically worthless.
Do not buy anything from this place, first the double side warmer i bought element exploded after 8 hours. Installed by a master electrician! Buy replacement element and was sent a pizza rack. They sent replacement and its wrong. Now have been waiting since Thursday of last week for replacement and now it says Tuesday. Horrible service!! Thanks for nothing.
