This kit comes complete with (2) 3 hole steam table adapter plates, making it easy to adapt your warmer to fit changing needs and changing menus. The plates fit over a full size 12" x 20" pan opening and feature (3) 6 3/8" diameter holes, which are compatible with the included 4 qt. round inset pots.

Plus, they're made from type 201, 19 gauge stainless steel for easy cleanability and exceptional durability. The welded clips help keep the adapter plates stationary in your food warmer, reducing the risk of accidental spills and maximizing warming or cooling efficiency.

No, this food warmer is designed only to maintain the temperature of food that has been pre-heated to a safe temperature.
Warmers are designed to hold food that has already been heated to the appropriate serving temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. Rethermalizers, on the other hand, reheat chilled foods through the HACCP "danger zone" to a safe serving temperature within a controlled timeframe. To meet industry acceptance criteria, rethermalizers must be capable of heating contents from 40-165 degrees Fahrenheit within 120 minutes and maintaining a temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.
This food warmer is compatible with full size and fractional size food pans (sold separately). Please note that fit may vary by brand, and some gaps could be present depending on the pan used.
