Even Heating
Its twin design accommodates (2) 3 qt. jars (sold separately) or (2) #10 cans that sit in independent water baths, each wrapped with a 500W heating element. Because heat emanates evenly and is true to its set temperature, product won't become scorched as the supply diminishes.
