Add another option to how you heat up your buffet with this induction ready Spring USA Mini Reflection induction chafer. While still compatible with traditional chafing fuel and convection, this chafer unit is made with magnetized steel, which enables it to be induction ready. With induction, you'll have more control over temperature consistency that can prolong the life of your product. However, this chafer is ready to blend into your current buffet line whether your establishment is completely induction ready or not!
The professional 18/8 stainless steel finish gives this chafer a classic presentational chic that lends itself well for nearly any buffet setup. Crafted with care, the special design prevents warp-based induction connectivity issues. There is an easy-to-read water fill line, so that even staff on their first day know how much water is needed. The axle system provides both a smooth glide and all-angle hold for the lid. The lid is made partially of glass to easily see the contents inside. One compatible insert is included.
