Designed exclusively to warm and serve butter, the unit features a 3 qt. stainless steel container and a special plug to prevent the butter from spraying. As an added benefit for customer-facing areas, a merchandising graphic comes standard and secures to the front panel of the unit with a magnet. A 120V electrical connection is required to operate this warmer.

The unit can also hold a #10 can. Whether dispensing from the container or a can, the unit's stainless steel pump produces consistent portions to help prevent waste. This portion size adjusts easily in 1/8 oz. increments up to 1 oz. Plus, the spout is heated, so the buttery topping stays warm when dripping onto the popcorn.
Optimal Heating Control
The unit's heating system relies on a water bath and a 500W heating element. The water bath is marked with a fill line to prevent overfilling, and the element is controlled by an adjustable thermostat. An on / off rocker switch powers the unit, while the thermostat dictates the temperature of the element. For regular, high-volume use, the unit is stainless steel with a thermoset plastic bottom and top panel. The lid helps preserve food quality by retaining moisture and preventing it from scorching.
