Server 82060 Topping Warmer and Pump Dispenser - 120V, 500W

This pump has a lot of great features - the quality of the steel is great, the thermostat knob also works great and has a nice safety feature to keep you from accidentally turning the temperature up or down. Our issue at the diner with it was the amount of product waste and cleaning time. We used it for Cheez Whiz, and we go through it quickly, the problem was as the product went down during the day, the thickness of the skin on top (due to air exposure inside the dispenser) became fairly thick. By the end of the night, I had scraped off 3-4 portions worth of Cheez Whiz that was wasted. We use this topping warmer and pump for hot fudge in our Ice Cream Shoppe. Took a little while to get the temp right and hard to maintain temp as the can of hot fudge becomes more empty. Is an okay product and does do the job.

Works great for hot fudge and hot caramel!

I bought several of these thru the years as I expanded. All are still working but the last 2 have an issue with the retaining nuts coming loose and causing the pump to fall out of the lid. They always work loose from the pumping action no matter how tight I make them. I would like to see a finer thread that's a little longer to help prevent this.

The Dispenser is very nice and looks sleek and amazing and they don't take up much room on our counter they are a hassle to clean but so is everything else.

The pump looks great, but it came broken. It wouldn't heat. I called the manufacturer, and instead of returning it for a new one, they wanted to repair it instead. Now I have to wait to ship it there, wait for them to fix it, and than have them ship it back. All on a product I have never used even once yet. Not happy about this situation.

This dispenser is so easy to use! I was worried it wouldn't work with dark chocolate fudge but it works perfectly! It has a nice sleek look as well, I'm glad I made the purchase!

Absolutely love our new syrup warmer that arrived earlier this week! It has a nice modern sleek look to it and also allows us to place the label making clear tape on it displaying the sauce without getting to hot so that it peels off. At first we accidentally had it turned up to 150 degrees instead of the Fox's hot fudge recommended 130 degrees and it didn't burn the sauce or dis flavor it! Easy to clean and store and one of the best purchases we have made!
