Thanks to its innovative horizontal evaporator, this unit produces medium-sized, crystal clear ice cubes. Its intuitive control panel makes operating your machine and adjusting ice thickness or harvest time a breeze. It ships with the KUFM15 floor mount kit, which comes with all of the necessary hardware to secure the machine to the floor and reduce its height to 32" - allowing it to fit underneath ADA height countertops. Plus, it produces up to 58 lb. of ice per day, perfect for cafes, break rooms, coffee shops, and other low volume operations.

We offer two types of condensers - air cooled or water cooled. You need at least 6" of clearance around air intake and discharge areas with an air cooled unit, but these machines are the most cost-effective. If you only have the space for water cooled ice machines, just keep in mind that water consumption will be higher than it would be with an air cooled unit. The ice machines will also produce different styles of ice cubes. Often times, this comes to a matter of preference, but there are certain types of ice cubes that work better for certain places. For example, cubelet ice and flake ice is easier to chew, making it better for healthcare applications. Full size ice cubes melt more slowly, which your guests are sure to appreciate!

I've had nothing but trouble with this item. I had to fix it less than a year after I had it, and the company that was supposed to be a certified warranty repair, wouldn't submit the paperwork so I could get a reimbursement, now it has been broken for a month or so, and no one will come fix it. I emailed the company, no reply of course. SO I spent on a total lemon.
