This tank requires a SmartVide X / XL series immersion circulator head (sold separately). Ideal for cooking frozen or very cold products, its 14.8 gallon capacity is generous and allows it to handle plenty of product during each cycle.
This immersion circulator tank is constructed with durable stainless steel material that is made to last. It is designed with a spacer base. This spacer base keeps the product insulated from the floor of the tank, allowing proper water circulation. This water circulation creates a more uniform cook for your product. This circulator tank is ideal for commercial kitchen applications.
