By circulating water into a steady plume over the scrap basin, your staff can effortlessly scrap and rinse dishes all in one step while also saving on utility costs with the use of this scrap collector. When the dish cycle is complete, simply remove the food collection basket to dispose of insoluble food.

Thanks to the steady stream of recirculated water flowing over the scrap basin, your operators can use both hands to handle dirty dishes, greatly increasing speed opposed to a standard overhead pre-rinse setup. With patented operator sensing technology, this Salvajor food scrap collector couldn't be easier to use. When the operator walks away from the unit, sensors automatically turn the unit off, greatly reducing water consumption while the unit is not in use. Baked-on or dry food removal is no problem either; the 30 GPM flow rate of the water plume is enough to remove stubborn soiling on your dishes.

An all stainless steel construction with adjustable legs will ensure that this unit withstands rigorous work environments. The salvage basin and scrap basket are made of a durable high-impact polymer, giving them the same outstanding durability of the unit's exterior. Best of all, this waste collector can be used in municipalities where garbage disposers are not allowed. This unit requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
