These tubs are sturdy so far, we use them in the cold and hot heat and it has hold up since then. overtime it will crack if dropped several times.

These plastic bus boxes from Rubbermaid are great for so many purposes. I first bought them to store groups of like items in my pantry/storage area. They are also great for carrying lots of loose items from place to place. Then I had knee surgery and learned in occupational therapy that I could place items in a tub and slide it in small movements from area to area in my kitchen in order to minimize steps while in the early stages of recovery. Before that I used them to contain items to carry on my lap in my wheel chair. There are tons of uses besides just restaurant purposes. The tubs are strong and I believe they are built to last.

I absolutely love rubbermaid products because they last forever. This bus tub is durably made and sturdy enough to hold a full tub of dishes and such. This tub washes easily and they can also be stacked to save space during storage.
