Anybody that intends to use this product for oysters or other shellfish should reconsider. The plastic is very thin and brittle. I placed a dozen oysters in one of the bags and after closing the top and picking it up, all of the oysters fell right out of the bottom. The sharp edges of the shells wear right through the cheap plastic. May work for fruits, vegetables, etc. but if you want to use this product for shellfish, I'd reconsider.
