Easily and quickly power your way through fruits, vegetables, soups, and sauces with the Robot Coupe CMP400VV variable speed 16" immersion blender! This unit boasts a 420 watt, variable speed motor that delivers from 5,000 - 10,000 RPM with speed self-regulation to achieve great results each time. The blender's 16" stainless steel shaft is great for liquefying, pureeing, and blending, while its compact size makes it easy to use, transport, and store when space is at a premium.

Its compact, ergonomic design features a removable stainless steel bell and blade for easy cleaning. A stainless steel wall support gives added stability and control while blending, and the included blade disassembly tool offers added convenience when finished with the unit. The Robot Coupe CMP400VV compact requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

    I bought this model after my first one broke. It broke because of user error, not product error. I used to put the blender into almost boiling product and blend it up for a longer amount of time. DO NOT DO THIS. The internal gears in the head are plastic and after the get so hot they strip. Other then stupid user error, the product is a solid piece of equipment. The blade head detaches easily for cleaning.
