Robot Coupe CL60E Details
Quickly prepare up to 3000 meals a day with the Robot Coupe CL60E commercial food processor with pusher! This sturdy machine features a 7" diameter metal pusher feed head, 2 1/4" diameter metal feed tube, and a stainless steel stand that makes it easy to process large amounts of product, including full heads of lettuce or cabbage. Plus, attachments are easy to remove and clean!
A 3mm (1/8") slicing disc and a 3mm (1/8") grating disc, each with a disc rack, are included so that you can begin processing right away. Boasting a stainless steel motor base for durability, this versatile unit can slice, grate, dice, and julienne with one of the additional processing discs (sold separately).
The Robot Coupe CL60E pusher processor requires a 208-220V, 3 Phase electrical connection for operation. The machine's 3 hp motor includes a magnetic safety system and motor brake for extra operator protection, and "high / low" buttons make changing speeds simple.
