Robertshaw 5000-851 Details
Use this Robertshaw 5000 series electric oven thermostat kit to replace a broken or malfunctioning electric control on select equipment. Using a double pole single throw (DPST) snap-action mechanism with a positive OFF switch, this electric control provides a temperature range between 100-550 degrees Fahrenheit. It runs at 120V and is recommended for use on applications that require a double-pole operation.
This thermostat features terminals mounted in 4 different positions as well as a 4-way dial, a 3/16" x 11 5/8" bulb, and a 60" capillary. The diaphragm assembly features two electrically welded stainless steel diaphragms that ensure maximum temperature sensitivity without over-stressing the metal. The snap-acting mechanism ensures precision.
