With a multi-fit bracket, the base is built to mount on a wall, ceiling, or floor for convenient access in janitorial locations and commercial kitchens. For versatile use, it is designed for air and water applications. Highly convenient, this spring-driven hose reel can be located precisely where you need it! This model also comes fully equipped for operation with a spray valve that enables you to quickly and easily rinse items.
The hose features a 3/8" inner diameter housed on a powder-coated, corrosion-resistant steel reel for durable, long-lasting use.
The reinforced steel-stamped guide arm reduces angular pull and ensures precise control over the direction of the hose.
This reel also has four non-snag direction rollers that reduce wear to maintain the integrity of the 30' rubber hose. The fully-enclosed, multi-position release ratchet spring allows you to lock the hose at your preferred length, and it also prohibits reverse winding to prevent damage to the unit. This unit has a 3/8" inlet and outlet, and it is rated to 300 PSI.

We opted for this as a ceiling mount for our dish room guys and they like it, they don't like the sprayer all that much though. Did take few special pieces available at any hardware store for plumbers to hook up though

Hose quality is not that great I end up cutting it each time it fails from pilling down the sprayer. Reel strength is great.

I was skeptical of this hose reel because of the price. We installed it, and it has worked great for around a year. The reel mechanism has now completely failed (it won't even manually retract), and the hose itself has torn in multiple locations. There is no simple (or even transparent) way to repair/purchase replacement parts for the reel mechanism from the manufacturer. For a critical piece of equipment we use every day, this was not a quality item.

I had to disassemble the banjo fitting to put in thicker o-rings. As it came, it leaked pretty badly. This should have been done by the manufacturer. I also had to add a shutoff valve at the nozzle. The quick disconnects are wide open. If you need to change out nozzles, the water needs to be shut off. They make quick disconnects that are normally closed so you can disconnect without shutting off the water. These should be standard. Now that I put time and money into the house reel, it's pretty good.

Decent hose reel, has great power when winding up and handles heat well, only issue it that it's leaking from the connector that came with it.
