Regency 30" x 72" 18-Gauge 304 Stainless Steel Commercial Work Table with Galvanized Legs, Undershelf, and Casters

We purchased two of these tables. The surface is very smooth, even and easy to clean. The bottom shelf height is adjustable so it can be set to meet the code. The overall installation is very easy even with one person installing it. For the price, this is a great buy.

We shopped everywhere for a quality stainless work table. We found this best price here on Webstarant.com. It arrived 1 day after ordering and with no damages , not even a scratch. Wonderful quality, very sturdy.

The product itself is wonderful. 18 ga 304 steel is no joke - heavy, sturdy and an investment for a lifetime of use. The shipping process, however, needs to be addressed. My boxes (3) arrived in 3 different shipments, and each appeared to have fallen from a great height. The casters were in a random box which once held cereal. I did not send the tabletop back, but it had clearly been dropped on one end, was dented on both corners. There was NO protective packaging inside the box. No Styrofoam or packing material to protect the edges or tabletop (other than a thin film). (Another would have likely arrived in the same condition and I have time constraints). Shipping methods/care for such a major purchase must be improved. Your reputation suffers on this one, Webstaurant. The table went together easily following video directions with the product listing. Assembly is not a 1 person job.

Im sure these tables will do fine for what i intend to use them for however, i recieved very damaged stainless tables. Contacted customer service again and they sent me 2 new ones no questions asked. I also got to keep the originals. After 10 days i get a message saying it was delivered when they werent. Contacted the shipping company and it was damaged and never sent to my address. Contacted websturant and they refunded me. Now i have 2 broken stainless tables with no idea what to do with them.

We bought this to put on our patio as a stand for an outdoor pizza oven. It has been excellent. Easy to assemble. Easy to clean. Plenty strong enough for our purposes. I could see this getting dented if you are constantly putting down heavy items with sharp edges but it is a great functional piece for casual use.

all tables came with damaged. horrible customer service, we pay extra to have the correct transport, the driver came with regular van and dropped our tables outside and left without leave our paperwork/invoice , we asked about our signature, the driver went back his vehicle and left us talking by self, we asked time to open the package to see if have any problem , but the driver ignored us ... why we pay extra to have the horrible service ?

Very good product, although it did come with some small dents. I can only assume it was from shipping.

First and last time I order from WebstaurantStore. Table arrived bent, and I was obviously not from the shipping company. They put a defective table on the pallet and shipped it too me. I was able to straighten it out enough that it’ll work, and I need it now. Which I’m sure is what they are counting on to not have to exchange or refund things.

This stainless steel work table is good heavy duty quality. Goes together easily, again no instructions. Kind of a pain to level out the bottom shelf.

I cant say enough good things about this table. It was super easy to put together. At first I thought it wasnt gonna be strong, but boy was I wrong. It was super strong, and totally worth the price!

We Used this daily with heavy use for nearly 2.5 years before undershelf gave out. Considering the price we got our moneys worth on this work table. The top of the table supported 100+ pound 60 quart hobart bowls during all this use and stay relatively flat. I will be ordering a new regency work tables soon.

This table is a good budget option. The steel, being lighter 18-gauge, is not very strong against dents and dings, and unfortunately the packaging is not very robust, so my tables took on a lot of minor damage during the shipping process. Webstaurant store credited me some for the damage, which is appreciated, but beware that unless they start shipping these with more padding, your table will likely get a little battered in shipping. One great thing about these tables is that they ship via ground service, which saves you a lot of money at webstaurant store. Tables any longer than this are delivered via freight, and that can get expensive. That's one reason why I chose this size, and purchasing 3 smaller tables vs 1-2 longer ones gives me more options for the layout of my production space. Very sturdy and well-built table. Plenty of workspace, and the undershelf is great for extra storage.

Relatively easy to assemble. I did it by myself, but it definitely would be easier with a second person. I also ordered the casters. I received the table and shelf in one box, legs in another, casters in a third. Several days later I received a box of shorter legs. I thought it was a mistake, but as I was assembling it, I realized the shorter legs work with the casters, so the overall height is the same with or without the casters.

Beautifully crafted, sturdy, and durable! I’m so happy with this purchase. AThere are no sharp edges, the stainless steel is nice and thick, and the casters are smooth like butter. AExceeded expectations, and makes me want to eventually switch over to Regency exclusively for all of my bakery’s prep tables.

These tables would be nice if they didn't come with several dents and scratches. I ordered two and they both came this way.

The table arrived with a lot of noticeable damage, including dings on the tabletop and dents along the sides. Customer service was responsive and offered a partial refund, which I appreciated. While I’ve had many positive experiences with Webstaurant in the past, this particular order makes me more cautious about purchasing furniture items in the future.

The table itself is great for my needs HOWEVER, it arrived completely beat up. While it is sturdy and can hold a lot of weight, it is still flimsy in a way. There is no protection in the box it is shipped in. It was severely dented and smashed in places. ***Webstaurant made right and refunded me*** but I am left with a horribly looking beat up table for my shop. Sure it stands, holds the heavy things - but it looks like crap. I would buy it again, but I hope that Webstaurant re-evaluates how it packs these tables because once it leaves the warehouse, the shipping company does not take care of it! I do not know how to rate it with stars as the product is great, but the packing sucks. I am giving it one star in hopes that Webstaurant will see the review and change how it is packed!
