This Regency 30" x 30" stainless steel commercial work table with backsplash and undershelf is a great addition to busy commercial kitchens.

It features a 16-gauge stainless steel top, which provides plenty of space for food prep, packaging, and a wide range of other tasks. 304 series stainless steel is used in the worktop to provide greater durability and corrosion resistance over type 430 stainless steel. A 4" high backsplash is also included to help protect walls and contain items on the work top.

Ample Storage

An adjustable undershelf made from 18-gauge, 430 series stainless steel provides additional storage and organization options under the worktop - use it to store commonly used items, appliances, or ingredients where you can access them easily. Just be sure to install it 6" off of the ground when used in food service applications to comply with food safety regulations.

Great Mobility

The legs of this work table are 1 5/8" in diameter and are made of stainless steel, with 5" casters to make it mobile. 2 casters come with brakes to lock it in place. The worktop can hold up to 550 lb. of evenly distributed weight, and the undershelf can hold up to 330 lb.

Specs show top holds 600 lbs. Cart wobbles a little with my 160lbs pizza oven but is functioning if careful while rolling. Cart height with casters is 39.5", way too tall and dangerously unbalanced. 3 weeks after delivery a torn to shreds box came with two shorter legs (missing two.) Shorter legs, if you have all 4, would make the cart 36" tall with the casters. I ended up cutting the 4 longer legs down which was time consuming and requires special metal cutting tools.
