Shelves go together easily. Just make sure the split plastic shelf locking clips are fully engaged to post notch rings. Lower shelves carefully onto locking clips and push down equally with hand pressure. Tap in place with rubber mallet until you see top of locking clip come to top of shelf ring at each corner. NOTE - the only trouble I had was a rough weld on the inside of a few of the round shelf rings that would catch the plastic locking ring and push it downwards. I ground down the rough weld with a dremel tool and solved the issue, no biggy…

It is a great product, although one of the posts was a different model. They got me a replacement post, 2 days later. Great customer service. I would purchase again.

Ordered and received delivery for this rolling shelving unit in three days. No issues. Very pleased. Fairly easy to assemble -- getting the multiple shelves to set level and have the plastic positioning collars stay still and not slip down the pole was a bit challenging, but not frustrating and was resolved well. Once assembled, it's VERY sturdy and will, likely, live up to its maximum weight claims. The caster wheels are heavy-duty and roll extremely smooth and quiet! Using this as a food pantry storage space (with various sized plastic food containers) since my apartment has limited kitchen space. Very happy with everything. Thank you, Webstaurantstore!

I like this but the box came in damaged with many holes and one shelf was bent. The thing was… the shelf was wrapped and intact, so they sent me a bent shelf. I sent pics to customer service and got message they’d reach out to me, but I live yet to hear anything.

Shelf kit was easy to assemble, black epoxy is easy to clean and maintain. Sturdy yet lightweight, posts are numbered making setting shelf heights easy, extra clips included in case they wear down overtime.

I bought this to organize my stock room for my party business. I already have more in my cart because these are seriously great! I love the black color and it definitely looks sharp and professional, even though that wasn't necessary for me. I am a 5' 2" 105 lb girl and i put this together myself with no issues. you just need a decent sized space to work in! I am so pleased with this shelf kit.. It is quite large, and even though i knew the dimensions i was still a little shocked with its size, but it is perfect! i wanted to test out the sturdiness and laid on the second to top shelf and it felt so strong and sturdy... i since have PACKED it full of decorations and other things and it is by far the strongest shelving unit i have used to date. I would recommend this to anyone! A+++
