This NSF black epoxy shelf kit includes (4) 21" x 60" wire shelves and (4) 64" posts, each with a sleek black color and simple, professional design. It provides a convenient storage solution with a classic look that's excellent for use in retail environments. The shelf is also ideal for use in janitorial closets, warehouses, walk-in coolers, or dry storage areas.

Each shelf features a wire construction that allows for proper air flow around the stored supplies, products, or ingredients. They're adjustable, too. The posts are marked in intervals and use an assembly system including 16 pairs of split sleeves, making the shelves easy to move higher or lower along the posts. This is especially great for expanding businesses that may not have finalized their product offerings. The shelving unit accommodates up to a total of 1,320 lb.
This kit includes a set of 4 durable 64" posts that provide excellent support for the weight of the unit and shelved items. A set of 4 casters provides the benefit of added mobility, making it easy to move the unit aside for thorough cleaning. First, insert foot levelers into the posts by twisting them clockwise. For mobile units, push the casters into the posts. Pushing in the casters may take a bit of force.
Next, snap the 4 split sleeves onto each post for the bottom shelf, ensuring the arrows on the sleeves are facing up. Then, hold the bottom shelf on its side as you slide each post through the collars in the shelf until the sleeves fit firmly inside them.
Stand the unit upright and ensure the shelf is secured. Add additional split sleeves at the desired shelf height. Continue to place the remaining shelves on top of the posts, sliding them through the shelf collars until the sleeves fit firmly. Finally, screw the foot levelers in or out to level the entire unit. Now your assembly is complete.

The casters are heavy duty and withstand a lot of weight while maintaining smooth maneuver. The kit doesn't really require a lot of assembly, it's pretty straight forward. The posts are thick and don't see them failing from tear and wear.
