Regency 20 Pan End Load Nesting Bun / Sheet Pan Rack - Unassembled

These racks don't even come close to holding the manufacturer's claim of 400 lbs. When loaded with normal food service hotel pans, the racks begin to lean and bend. Our operation had to pull these from use as they are a safety hazard. Do not buy.

Appeared to be durable based on the website description, but these unassembled units are incredibly unstable - they tilt to the side even when they're empty. Once loaded with weight, you do NOT want to move them as they bend precariously to the side and appear they can tumble over all together if not held upright in place and then the wheels positioned perfectly to maintain the stability. Unless you're putting less than 10 total pounds on these racks or are prepared to find they've given out and ruined your product (now all over the floor), I'd recommend getting the welded versions (or a completely different heavy duty construction all together).

Not stable. Will not hold sheet pans level. the wheels do not adherer to the stand well. Too much play in the stand. do not purchase this item.

None of these have stood up to kitchen use. I ordered them welded and every single weld has broken so all of the z bars are hanging off on one side and you can literally bend the rails with a sheet pan with any normal amount of food on it. They hold up for about the 90-day warranty and then are useless.

These "work", but would recommend for lightweight items. The racks are pretty cheaply made, wheels are hard to lock/unlock and they can bend easily - but they seem to work alright for what I am using them for (about 3 pounds on each sheet pan).

These racks are not great and should be discontinued. They cannot hold any weight without leaning or evening buckling under the weight of some candy. We have resorted to taking the casters off and putting them against the wall. But for something like that I should not be paying a premium for a nesting feature and casters to roll.

Extremely poor construction and quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM. The rack collapsed and hit me in the nose!

Product came with about half the hardware needed to assemble. No instructions. Seems like maybe it was a refurbished rack. The rack itself seems fair, but it's not as heavy duty as I expected.

These are for very light use only. We have had them less than a week and they are bending and twisting already. They are made with very cheap material. A strong person can bend the whole rack just by squeezing the sides together. There are much better choices for the money.

I gave this 3 stars. Its good for holding random trays of food. They make a heavier duty one and i would recommend that one over this one if you were going to fill it up. This one only has 1 cross bar at the top and bottom instead of 2

Great value. We use for light application in the kitchen. Nothing heavyweight. So far no problems with this unit. Handy. Great addition to our kitchen

the tall design of this rack allows you to store 20 sheet pans safely without taking up much valuable floor space, that is essential for us as we have a very small work space. I like that you offer such simple compact and space efficient products!

Wow. I can't believe I'm just now figuring these out. A huge huge space saver. The racks nest together which means we can put about 4-5 bakers racks in the same spot as 1 of the normal square baking racks. Huge plus when you need to store these somewhere. They are used exactly like any other bakers rack as well. Very simple to assemble, and will probably only buy these in the future.

No instructions came with the product, had to use a picture as reference. A little smaller the expected with the pan slides too close for a few applications. Currently using it in my walk-ins to hold prep.

Two of the three racks we got are a little strange-- they fit standard baking sheets on the top racks, but not the bottom. The support beams are also in inconvenient heights making several of the shelves useless. Wouldn't buy again

Poor quality, weak construction. Bent after couple days of usage and we didn't put metal or stones on it, just food. It even wasn't fully loaded.
