Regency 18" x 60" 18 Gauge Stainless Steel Solid Wall Shelf

Defective welds on the threads of the 18x36" shelves. I bought 3, at least one thread stud on each shelf broke off before the nut even got tight, so it's certainly not an overtorque situation. I was sent 3 replacements and THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED ON ALL 3 REPLACEMENTS. I would avoid the 18x36 version of this shelf, all other sizes I have received have been fine.

My only negative was the shipping method. Since the product is so long, it must of been a nightmare for the delivery driver. The shelf was delivered bent in several spots.

This is a nice, sturdy shelf, good for general storage. My only problem with the shelf is that the brackets (which do come unattached to the shelf, fortunately) are meant to be a certain width apart, which didn't correspond to the studs in our wall; we had to drill more holes in the shelf so that we could have the brackets align. If I were to do it again, I'd find out how far apart the studs are, and buy a shelf accordingly.

For the most part these are great shelves. The only issues we had was when we were assembly it. We received one shelf with stripped screws. But webstaurant was able to re-order a shelf at no extra charge which we appreciated. When we received the new shelf the side panels were bent...this could've been an issue with shipping and not Webstaurant but we didn't want to go through another ordeal of getting a new shelf so we bended the panels as much as we could to its original position. Installing onto the wall was not too hard...just make sure you have at least one extra person helping you to get the leveling right. The shelves itself are nice. And can hold plenty of things.

The shelf fit perfect in my conession trailer. It is sturdy as well along with a great price.

I have bought 4 of these for my kitchen. Love it. It looks great. Very clean and it fits perfect in my kitchen. I'm able to organize ally stuff on the shelves. I would buy this again 100%

This is an excellent high quality stainless steel heavy duty wall shelf. I have this mounted above my prep tables to keep extra kitchen gear on and it is amazing.

The Regency 96" Long Stainless Steel Shelf is very Heavy Duty and built well. It is very easy to mount and can easily be hung in most areas of the kitchen. Many of our customers prefer them hung above the cooking line for their fried foods to be put into a warming pan coming out of the fryer.

out of every thing that i have ordered through your store I am most disappointed with this shelf, It does not have enough support. should have had some kind of support in the middle of this shelf, and where the 2 sides are not welded to hold as support and just screwed on the end. they tend to bow, I only have 2 small microwaves on this shelf and it does not look to sturdy. this may have worked good if only needed to hold up sterofoam. I am gonna have to try and have someone make me some extra supports to help hold this up and take some pressure off of the 2 sides.

I love this shelf. It was easy to install, but it would have been even easier had the manufacturer taken into consideration where studs in walls typically are located. It arrived packaged nice and efficiently. It seems very sturdy.

These shelves are perfect for replacing wire shelving. I needed shelving that is durable but easy to clean quickly. In my opinion, wire shelves have their place in food storage rooms. If your looking for something that wipes clean with one swipe in a kitchen and hate trying to get sticky grease from in-between wire shelving units, this will serve you well. We installed ours in the kitchen near the ceiling, around the perimeter of the room to store large items that we need to reach quickly such as cases of ice cream cones. Yes they are more expensive but it will pay for itself by lowering your frustration level and employees time cleaning.
