Regency 18" x 48" x 64" Chrome Baker's Rack Wire Shelf with Hardwood Cutting Board

This was the best purchase I have ever made. This item fit perfectly in my apartment and divides my kitchen and living room perfectly while adding tons of space for my pots and pans, as well as ideal functional cutting board space in a very small space. I love it and highly recommend it.

The first one showed up so banged up, I for sure couldn't use it. Customer rep was super considerate, responded within hours (maybe even within the hour) and shipped out another. Arrived timely. There's some scratches here and there but I'm not waiting for another to show up. It does it's job. Butcher block top is dense.

Very sturdy and fits together well. Love the wood top. However, this item cut my hand to shreds. There "wire" had extremely sharp edges in a couple of places, so quality in that regard was poor. I have had many similar wire shelves (not this brand) and never experienced this before.

I needed a sturdy shelf for a home kitchen, ordered an extra shelf to go with it. I love it. It assembles easily, is very solid. One of the plastic pieces that supports the shelf had gotten broken but they include an extra piece with each shelf, which I especially appreciated. I’m very happy with it.

Disappointingly, one of the 3 shelves that came this unit was dented around the post opening, which means that it’s extremely difficult to try and seat it over the plastic black plastic locks (not sure on the official term here). Instead of a circular opening, the shelf came dented with more of an oval shape, so it can’t be properly knocked into place. As a result, the entire shelf is not level.

Very impressive quality, appropriately priced. It came shipped in 2 orders but with three or four deliveries, I was nervous that I was only getting half but it all came. It was a bit banged up to be fair, but nothing really noticeable. Assembly was simple. One person doable, with two people trivial.

We had a small kitchen and needed storage space until after renovations. These shelves have been perfect t for us. Strong, sturdy and easy to put together. We will be using them in the utility room once renovations are completed. I highly recommend Webstaurant Store and these shelves.

Quality of the shelves is decent, although the welds on one shelf were broken upon arrival. Biggest complaint is the shipping experience, have purchased several of these and they arrive in multiple boxes over the course of two weeks and twice now we have been missing parts that had to be reshipped.

it's exactly what I ordered!

This table is absolutely perfect!!! I was a little hesitant to order after reading many reviews but decided to give it a go. Arrived in just a few days and didn't have to wait that long! Well packaged even though edges of box were coming apart, inside was still very intact. All was included! HIghly recommend this table and these sellers!

We are hoping this ends up being what we need/want. The item does not come with the 12 pairs of split sleeves, as listed, so before we could assemble it, we had to find the sleeves after many visits to local hardware stores: only just found them this week. Also, the green color is not what is shown in the photo: it is much darker and duller, like a dark a forest green. Not too bad, but nowhere as pretty as the photo.
