Regency 18" x 24" NSF Chrome Wire Sliding Shelf

I looked high and low for pull-out wire shelves and only found these. They are poorly designed. I ordered a pack of 4. The packaging is inadequate and was punctured in several places. 3 of the 4 shelves were broken. The slides are fixed to the sides using long rivets with no support except at the ends. Many of the rivets had sheared in transit. Rather than try to patch up the packaging and return the shelves I removed the rivets and replaced them with nuts and bolts, and now they are fine. This small change, and improved packaging, would make this product satisfactory. One final thing: standard shelf mats are too big, since the sliding shelves are a couple of inches shorter than a normal shelf, so I had to trim mine with a utility knife.

Should have listened to the other reviews - it arrived damaged and then with even the slightest bit of pressure on it, the shelf comes off it's slider and damaged it even more. Don't buy.

I bought these shelves and sliding keeps coming off track and impossible to assemble it again , I search YouTube for any regency brand on how to assemble it again with no luck and no video

I bought these shelves because I liked the easy access of these shelves being able to come out and go back in very easily. I highly recommend them.

While the shelf unit is very sturdy, the slides on the side of the shelf are very weak, held together with few small rivets. In two separate shipments, every shelf had the sliders broken off, probably in transit. This raises questions of the long term ability of these shelves to hold up to daily use. I am concerned that if every shelf in a package can be broken during transport, then anything placed on these shelves would be at risk of breakage should the supports fail.
