This is quite a great blend! Oddly enough, we tested a sample recipe for mac + cheese and we say YES! The blend can truly compliment so many dishes beyond your imagination. TRY IT. GET IT!!!!

The flavor is quite universally good with any dish. I just use it as a seasoning salt and it works with almost anything. I love the color too !

this has a zesty flavor all right - no bones about it - full of zip -nice blend - we put on our cobs on the grill - after you apply melted butter to the corn add the southwestern blend - takes you to a whole new flavor level

This is the best spice mix for southwestern flavor. You can add to the spice to kick it up a notch but this is your base ingredient
