I love this product, but my only complaint is the shipping. FedEx isn't handling their deliveries carefully, and they can get lost. They should look for a more reliable method or demand better service from FedEx. That's why I give it 4 stars.

I might've received a bad batch but the cinnamon sticks I got did not smell or taste like cinnamon at all. I made a batch of cinnamon syrup and doubled the normal amount of sticks I use and I could hardly taste the cinnamon. Pretty disappointed wasted my money on 3lbs of cinnamon sticks
