Great product for cooking, not expensive but does just come as bulk in plastic bag so you will need a container or holder to transfer it into!

This basil served its purpose for me, but I was a little disappointed in the lack of aroma and flavor. This could be because I'm used to using the fresh leaves from my garden - perhaps it is one of those things that doesn't dry very well. It did have a more fresh aroma than some other dried basils I've tried, and had a nice sweetness that I wasn't expecting.

Not sure why it's fancy, but hey it's well priced dry basil, we used to get the 10 lb jug, switched to the 20 lb bulk bag, they recently jacked the price up but still cheaper than depot.
