Machine worked great....for 2 days. then shut down and has not worked since. cannot call the customer service line as there is no number on the website. have been waiting for a week for them to contact me. bottom line the machine is not worth the hassle. I plan on finding a better one

Loved it huge hit at outdoor pool party. I couldn't keep the line down. It is well worth the investment! Guests didn't believe I owned my own cotton candy machine. Definitely a crowd pleaser! It is always a huge party favorite Adrienne

This thing is awesome we bought it to bring it to the school for fundraisers and we're just going to give it to you it was on sale for a great price so I couldn't pass it up fantastic deal works great

BEST investment ever. This cotton candy machine is easy to clean and assemble. Not incredibly heavy and has been a fabulous fundraising took for our non profit charity. So much so, I just purchased an additional machine.

Disappointed in this machine. I used it twice. The first time I made about 70 single flavor bags for my little girls school for free. (Bought to use in my concession trailer) I let the machine rest and cool down and cleaned after an hour of use. I used a second time briefly. Maybe 2 hours use on it tops. Tried to use it for my first day opening and the first two flavors spun off perfect then the machine quit heating correctly. The floss was gumming up on the head instead of melting and turning into cotton candy. Allowed the machine to heat up properly. Took forever to get a few bags together before I finally gave up! The machine has 3-4 hours run time all together now and it’s a waste of time and money! I didn’t even come close to earning my money back with this product, let alone make a profit!

We purchased this in 2019 for church events. Well of course with covid those didnt happen. We had used it 1 time last year. Opened it back up Tuesday and no power. Bought a fuse, still didnt work. I would not recommend this product at all.

I purchased this machine with high hopes. After the first use my machine it wouldn't turn back on. Now this machine sits in storage.

Love this little machine. I like that it has a big bowl, 28 inches to ne exact. It is very easy to use. You'll be bossed with it

This is an awesome maching from Carnival King. We've had one minor issue after a year, which is the rubber band that connects the motor to the spinner. It was in one of big trucks that rattles quite a bit and we think ti came off then. Otherwise, its a great machine and easy to clean and maintain.

I would like to thank Webrestaurant for their excellent cotton candy machine. We are satisfied and our customers too. We used it several times this summer and it is still in good condition.

My Carnival King got a bit beat up in shipping, including a broken piece on the head. But the WebstaurantStore immediately shipped me a replacement head to get me ready for our first concession night! No questions asked! Most places would just tell you to contact FedEx or UPS. The bowl also took some abuse during shipment, but the small dents it has don’t affect the function at all.

Has continued to hold up well. We use this every single day for about 10-20 bags and have yet ot have any issues with the cotton candy quality

The first time I used the machine it worked GREAT! Just like the ad said, 2 cones a minute. Now the 2nd time I used it, it takes 5 minutes to make one small cone. I have tried to clean it. I have asked the company several times if I can remove the spinner head to clean it, but with the only response was look on page 3 of your manual. Can anyone offer any advice to me. I loved my machine the 1st time, but now I can't use it.

After using this product for about 15 minutes, it stopped powering on and customer service was no help. Complete waste of money. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing as I see so many others have had issues with this machine as well.

This machine is such a money maker and so easy to use. Instructions are very easy to understand. The metal bowl cleans up easily with hot water.

This machine does not work well and customer service is being more trouble than it’s worth - email after email with questions. Not helpful. On the 2nd use, hard a terrible and embarrassing event when the floss was spinning out like yarn. The machine head was perfectly clean. Definitely not buying anymore Carnival Kings.

This is a very nice machine that produces rapidly. However, it is very cumbersome when it comes to cleaning since it recommend you turn the machine off every hour for 15 to 20 minutes. It recommend that you clean the flosshead every time which is a bit of a chore since you are supposed to take the machine apart. However, it does make beautiful candy floss! I use it to make cotton candy flowers ?

This is a wonderful machine. We own this table top one as well as the one on a cart. the one on the cart is not as easy to transport as this one so this one is great for renting out for parties and traveling with! works great consistent, and pumps out those cones at a nice speed

We have been looking for a cotton candy machine for our businesses for a long time. This one was very cheap and it runs like a champ. We have sold all kinds of cotton candy since buying this machine.

I bought this machine about a month ago, it worked great and all off a sudden it will not heat any more so I cannot make any more cotton candy, I like machine, it is quite and did work great. I just have no idea on how to get this fixed, there is no customer service number and been trying to figure something out for a week now. The machine is great when it works, the customer service not so much.

Was looking for a cotton candy machine to use at many of our family functions and small events. While I did a little research I admit I didn't spend hours or days researching machines. One link for machines sent me to WebstaurantStore, which I've purchased equipment from in the past and have been very satisfied with their service. The Carnival King CCM28 had decent reviews and seemed "commercial" enough for what I wanted to do. After placing the order WebstaurantStore shipped quickly with me receiving the machine in two days. I ordered the plastic dome which did not arrive yet, but after using the machine I'm not convinced you absolutely need it. I started my cotton machine shopping about 2 weeks ago. I shopped several on line sites and found prices ranging from $40 to $2,000. I decided to buy the CCM28. I liked the concept of the large bowl. Many of the listing had the word "commercial" in it. My vision of commercial is something you see at a fair or carnival. Massive amounts of candy forming around the bowl. Huge, bigger than it looks in the picture. It will turn one scoop of sugar into candy in about 10 seconds. Very sturdy and well built. Quiet.

liked the more compact version 21inch verses 28inch bowl. also love the snaps to base so vibration doesn't make bowl move when spinning. The solid stainless vowl is nice too,old version floss went through to base so had to clean that out as well so this is easy clean up!

Has worked well at this point. The dome came cracked. I highly suggest padding with shipping.

Absolutely love this machine. What a great money making machine to add to our concession stand. Great price and kicks out alot of cotton candy per hour. Shipped fast. The profit margins on cotton candy with this machine are through the roof!

We used it 5 times, and the last time the heater stopped working, haven’t been able to make cotton candy since. Bought replacement parts, had installed and it still halfway heats and the cotton candy melts within 3 min.. entirely disappointing.

The Carnival CCM28 is the best machine I have used thus far. It makes cotton candy at a high speed to keep the line moving speedy, keeping your customers happy to enjoy the sweet tasty treat and event they came to be a part of. Make sure you clean your machine after every use and deep clean ever so often.

Absolutely LOVE this cotton candy machine!! We purchased this for a carnival celebration and it was the HIT of the day! It works perfectly and was able to run without a problem for many hours. I recommend this machine to anyone looking to make cotton candy.

This machine is great for small gatherings and parties. We bought this to start a cotton candy business. This machine isn't made for that. The heat of the machine can't be controlled. We have had it for a few months and it is needing a replacement part. It is not heating hot enough spin the sugar. And it has been difficult to troubleshoot it since there is not a lot of information on how to or what could be wrong. So that has been frustrating. And the cotton candy on this machine is very fine not thick like some machines. Had known this I probably would have gone a different route for a machine. But for parties and occasional use its great.
