With a steady production rate of two cones per minute, this machine makes it easy for you to keep up with demand and add more sales to your daily business! The CCM28's durable and reliable belt-driven operation delivers 1080 watts of power to boost all-day-long production, and includes two replacement belts.

This cotton candy machine features a large 28" diameter stainless steel bowl and stainless steel supply drawer to stand up to rigorous everyday use. This Carnival King CCM28 comes with clamps that hold down the bowl during use to minimize vibration, making operation smoother and less noisy!

Using this cotton candy machine couldn't be easier! The spinner head is 5" in diameter and holds 4 oz. of floss sugar. This cotton candy machine requires a 110V electrical connection.

    Disappointed in this machine. I used it twice. The first time I made about 70 single flavor bags for my little girls school for free. (Bought to use in my concession trailer) I let the machine rest and cool down and cleaned after an hour of use. I used a second time briefly. Maybe 2 hours use on it tops. Tried to use it for my first day opening and the first two flavors spun off perfect then the machine quit heating correctly. The floss was gumming up on the head instead of melting and turning into cotton candy. Allowed the machine to heat up properly. Took forever to get a few bags together before I finally gave up! The machine has 3-4 hours run time all together now and it’s a waste of time and money! I didn’t even come close to earning my money back with this product, let alone make a profit!

If using this unit in a concession trailer or other outdoor space that is subject to high levels of heat or humidity, the excess heat/humidity can cause the sugar to gum up and lead to the issues you are describing.     This is an awesome maching from Carnival King. We've had one minor issue after a year, which is the rubber band that connects the motor to the spinner. It was in one of big trucks that rattles quite a bit and we think ti came off then. Otherwise, its a great machine and easy to clean and maintain.

    My Carnival King got a bit beat up in shipping, including a broken piece on the head. But the WebstaurantStore immediately shipped me a replacement head to get me ready for our first concession night! No questions asked! Most places would just tell you to contact FedEx or UPS. The bowl also took some abuse during shipment, but the small dents it has don’t affect the function at all.

    The first time I used the machine it worked GREAT! Just like the ad said, 2 cones a minute. Now the 2nd time I used it, it takes 5 minutes to make one small cone. I have tried to clean it. I have asked the company several times if I can remove the spinner head to clean it, but with the only response was look on page 3 of your manual. Can anyone offer any advice to me. I loved my machine the 1st time, but now I can't use it.

    This machine does not work well and customer service is being more trouble than it’s worth - email after email with questions. Not helpful. On the 2nd use, hard a terrible and embarrassing event when the floss was spinning out like yarn. The machine head was perfectly clean. Definitely not buying anymore Carnival Kings.
