This product has a lot of good qualities about it. First off the price for the amount is unbelievable. I have a large family so buying things in bulk is a necessity. the pancake mix has a wonderful taste and is so easy to make a quick batch of batter.

This pancake and waffle mix is okay, it's a little bland. I added a bit of salt and cinnamon, and that helped. It sticks pretty badly to the waffle maker, unlike other brands we purchase, and it doesn't brown very easily. I don't think I'd purchase it again, but it is a very good value and came securely packaged.

I've tried "just add water" pancake mix before and they never turned out that great. This brand actually turned out very fluffy with a nice light buttery taste. We use for our pancake base for pancake entrees that have a lot of toppings.

All the dry ingredients are already added for you, so you just add milk and eggs. I plan on experimenting with it by substituting milk with buttermilk, adding a splash of pure vanilla or almond extract and a touch of cinnamon for even more flavor.

Yum, restaurant style pancakes at home! My 11 year old loves to make pancakes and to make it simple she usually uses the complete mixes (just add water). This mix is SO much better! I like that it is more "natural" in that you add your own milk and eggs. They turn out perfect every time.

These make good pancakes and I do like that eggs and milk need to be added. I think these taste better than the complete mixes. If you are looking to make just waffles try the carnival king waffle mix. I think it makes better waffles than this bag.

Golden Barrel brand never fails to please! This mix makes great pancakes and waffles. They can be spiced up by adding blueberries, chocolate chips, bananas, etc.

We love this at home. A little lighter tasting then others, it always makes a perfect pancake or waffle. Unlike retail versions, this always is a fantastic consistency, and the price makes it a great value for the money.

The pancake mix is OK for decent pancakes but I like the convenience of just adding water for a quicker breakfast pancake for an easy way out.

This is a good pancake & waffle mix at a good price. I appreciate that the mix requires milk, eggs and butter...I think it tastes much better than a mix that only requires water. I deducted one star because the package only includes directions for making pancakes, not waffles. (Generally, the batters a little different.) It makes very fluffy waffles and it was packaged nicely. I definitely recommend.

This is a pretty good mix and a little goes a long way, the only problem I had with this is I wish they were sold by the bag too 30lbs is a lot.

It taste like your grandma homemade pancakes; use with Golden Barrel syrup, you wish you found both product sooner, you cant go wrong with either one

What a great tasting pancake and waffle mix this is. I followed the instructions as I put all my dry mixes I buy from WEB.COM into a 1 gallon plastic container that also comes with a lid. I then write the receipe on a piece of paper and tape it to the container for later reference. The storage containers keeps all the dried mixes super fresh and easy to see what is in them. My husband later that week made the waffle batter for our waffles. He sprayed VEGALENE ALL PURPOSE SPRAY RELEASE on our waffle maker. WEB.COM sells the spray also. The waffles came right out without sticking. The price is so unbelievable .

Golden Barrel Waffle/Pancake mix TASTES GREAT but I have one issue. If you follow the recipe the mixture is so thin that when you put it in a double waffle maker, it makes a big mess! There is WAY too much moisture in the mix if you follow the instructions on the bag. It sounds like you are steam pressing your waffles. They need to do some research on the recipe because every time I try to make waffles I end up with 3-4 times more ooze out than store bought mix. The great taste doesn't make up for the triple cleaning time afterward.

Great product used it for a store I own! Tastes great but I needed to move to a product that didnt require eggs. I needed a simpler product to work with!

Makes yummy pancakes and waffles that were gobbled up by my large family! Great value for the quantity and price. The directions fail to mention instructions for waffles, but made the batter exactly the same as for pancakes and it worked great.

Made waffles with this mix. My waffle maker and the instructions on the bag gave me 6. Very fast to make and they were really good. Looking forward to making pancakes with this mix as well!

Okay, this was sent and packaged perfectly, but we had an issue with the mix. The product is good, we just could not make great waffles with it. I would recommend it for pancakes. It makes great pancakes.
