These make good pancakes and I do like that eggs and milk need to be added. I think these taste better than the complete mixes. If you are looking to make just waffles try the carnival king waffle mix. I think it makes better waffles than this bag.

Great product, it really helps to do big butches, just mix a Golden Barrel 5 Lb. bag, 16 eggs and 1/2 gallon of milk and you are ready to make the best pancakes!

Golden Barrel brand never fails to please! This mix makes great pancakes and waffles. They can be spiced up by adding blueberries, chocolate chips, bananas, etc.

I love my pancake waffle mix it has a good taste and you can not the price for a 5 lb. my kids enjoy making waffles.
This product has a lot of good qualities about it. First off the price for the amount is unbelievable. I have a large family so buying things in bulk is a necessity. the pancake mix has a wonderful taste and is so easy to make a quick batch of batter.
Use for fish n shrimp batter also. Just add an egg off two n make a little wetter than for pancakes or waffles batter. Nice price n quantity also

This pancake and waffle mix is okay, it's a little bland. I added a bit of salt and cinnamon, and that helped. It sticks pretty badly to the waffle maker, unlike other brands we purchase, and it doesn't brown very easily. I don't think I'd purchase it again, but it is a very good value and came securely packaged.

I've tried "just add water" pancake mix before and they never turned out that great. This brand actually turned out very fluffy with a nice light buttery taste. We use for our pancake base for pancake entrees that have a lot of toppings.
I cannot get enough of this pancake mix!! It tastes better than Nanna Jo's and I highly recommend. Great sweet flavor and I always add a few dashes of cinnamon.
