Excellent product and Webstaurant gladly shipped to us quickly since we paid for next day air but unfortunately we can not use yet because they can not supply the documentation for the product. Webstaurant will not be a good partner for businesses that require good and quick documentation for manufacturing.

Exact same product you would find at a grocery store and a much better price. We use it for random items throughout the year at our coffee shop and have had no issues.

These 16 ounce corn starch that come in a 24 case were fantastic they’re great for thickening up your stews or sauces or soups it’s even cool for science projects

Used as a traditional thickening agent, which we do use it for. We also use it if we need to make a is substitute for cake flour in a pinch.

Standard cornstarch, great price compared to purchasing in a grocery store. The box arrived with a slight coating of cornstarch all over the outside, but it did not seem to have any holes. It thickened up my Chicken & Noodles and Sweet & Sour Sauce perfectly, and is a great staple to have on hand.
