Excellent product and Webstaurant gladly shipped to us quickly since we paid for next day air but unfortunately we can not use yet because they can not supply the documentation for the product. Webstaurant will not be a good partner for businesses that require good and quick documentation for manufacturing.

Exact same product you would find at a grocery store and a much better price. We use it for random items throughout the year at our coffee shop and have had no issues.

Basic corn starch at a good price. As expected, it gives off little to no flavor when dissolved. This gets used a lot for sauces and gravies.

I love Argo Corn Starch. It's great for thickening gravy, and, I can't imagine trying to make a white sauce without it. And, buying in bulk is economical. You don't want to run short.
