The weight on this tape dispenser is good, however the teeth for cutting the tape are definitely designed for scotch tape not masking tape so therefore it doesn’t cut it very well. The wheel is also kind of loose and floats in the housing. I wish I went with something a little bit better.

Very well made tape dispenser. We were not as pleased with the tape #561MT75 that we purchased with it. The tape does not stick well. Great price and deal form Webstaurantstore.

Pretty standard tape dispenser. It is weighted and has foam pads on the base to help it not slip or scratch your surfaces. Any tapes with 3" diameter rolls up to 1" wide will fit. My only concern is the durability of the pegs on the spindle, but currently everything is functioning perfectly.

Great tape dispenser, just be cautious about the piece that holds the roll of tape, if you have careless employees (like I do) they like to lose it in the ether, never to be seen again, and then you get stuck ordering another one because they don't sell just that piece.

This tape dispenser is incredible. It’s heavy so it doesn’t move around a lot and the tape cutter is sharp so it can be used fast.

Dispenser was damaged in transit, and the sand (that acts as the weight inside?) leaked out inside the box. And we weren't able to put it back together because of the sand being in the groove where the pieces join. We had to toss it without even using it.

This tape dispenser has lasted us quite a few years and is still going strong. It is very helpful in cutting the tape in an easy and effective way.

DO NOT BUY THIS. This thing is a piece of junk. Do not purchase it. The teeth are absolutely useless. It does not cut the tape and it will make your life harder.

I ordered this tape dispenser and it came in with sand in the box and sand spilling out of the product. Since this was defective, this company sent me a replacement as soon as I alerted them to the issue. The replacement came in and did not have any issues with it. The weight is heavy enough that you can easily tear the tape away one handed and not worry about knocking over or moving the dispenser. This is exactly what I was looking for! The skid pads on the bottom of the dispenser keeps it in place when pulling the tape off of the roll and keeps it from scratching any surface you may have it on.

Other reviewers are correct. The masking tape continually falls out of the dispenser when pulling the tape completely defeating the purpose of having this dispenser. I'd look for another brand or product as it's much easier to just cut the tape by hand.

Paired this 3" masking tape dispenser with some general purpose masking tape rolls found from webstaurant. All I can say is that it has met our expectations & is a super great value.

Really quite heavy so no sliding when trying to get a piece of tape. Holds a roll of making tape securely in place with no issues

A really nice 3" masking tape dispenser that is great for all style jobs. The dispenser is a great way to tape packages and presents hands free and make the process go quicker.

This is a typical masking tape dispenser. Easy to load and is very sturdy. Holds up well to commercial kitchen use and we have yet to have a problem with it.

I mean to give the item four stars, but for some reason the rating interface is only stuck at one star. Technical glitch at the website? I love the weight and stability of the masking tape dispenser. It's easy to rip off the tape without dragging the whole dispenser along, and the tape roll isn't wobbly. One of my favorite things about using it is that I can put a Sharpie at the back of the dispenser. The reason I give the item four instead of five stars is that just a tad more space in the back would allow the Sharpie in the back to sit more comfortably when the tape is full.

This Tape dispenser is my favorite to use is very easy to use and light weight. This tape dispenser is my favorite. I use it for my business all the time and I mentioned to my other clients.

This may be just an average tape dispenser, but it has served us well! It's nice classic black color makes it appropriate for any office setting.

It took me a minute to figure out how to put this dispenser together. it was my own silly fault, but i just couldnt get the pieces to fit together. after turning one around (duh) they fit together great and held my masking tape perfectly. great buy!

This tape dispenser is nice and heavy for kitchen labeling usage. The bottom of the dispenser came apart in shipping but customer service shipped me a new one right away!

Staff loves this thing and they think it makes their lives easier. They have not broke it yet... which is always a good sign. My staff breaks stuff constantly! LOL

this holder is strong and reliable,easy to load and easy to use,fell down many time (im a klutz) and did not chip or break up!

we used to do it old-school style and just use our knife every time we needed tape. and then one day we bought this guy and it probably saves us minutes + hours per week. also easy to dust off and clean in a commercial kitchen, super important.

Great to have for the tape webstaurant sells that is universal and clear! It works well, though sometimes does stick a little bit when turning. The weight of it is perfect and stays put on the desk so you can get a piece with one hand!

I like this because I use the masking tape to label every single one of my food items. No more looking around for masking tape

This 3 inch masking tape dispenser is really nice I like being able to dispense my masking tape and packing tape just like you would dispense regular old tape

An investment that can help with making labels for everything in the kitchen. You won't waste too much tape making a label too big or unevenly ripping the tape. We've had it for a year and everyone in the kitchen is happy to use it.

This tape dispenser is heavy weight and works without problems. Comes in very handy when wrapping sandwiches. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed. Thank you.

We have purchased these for almost every workstation in our coffee shop. They are great for a quick label on containers and to leave notes for co-workers!

Use In a deli daily the center piece can break if you handle it roughly......that said everywhere else wants more for a dispenser you can buy 4 of these for the price of that. Good value IMHO

Thank goodness for this tape dispenser. For so long we would just have the tape rolls lying around. They would get lost easily. We would need both hands just to get a piece of tape. Now we just grab and let the thing tear it, and we're ready to go!

This is a must in my art classroom for matting artwork. It makes handling the masking tape so much easier. It would be great for any teacher.

Works perfectly, it is study and fits any standard masking tape rolls. No issues, and it was affordable to boot! We have several of these.
