Perfect for use in busy kitchens, this unit slices onions quickly and easily, allowing you to prepare fresh salads, sandwiches, garnishes, and other tasty dishes. The blade and pusher head assembly creates 3/16" slices, but the unit accommodates other blade and pusher head assemblies (sold separately) to produce a variety of cuts and slices.

How to Use
To assemble the unit, attach the assemblies to the Saber King chassis by placing the blades within the platform and easily locking them in place. Lock the pusher head in place above the blades and attach it to the chassis; this placement effectively positions the head to push fruits and vegetables onto the blades for quick and clean consistent cuts.

Because safety is paramount, the Saber King features special blade covers that ensure that the sharp blades don't injure the operator or other members of your staff. The dual handed operation of this slicer adds another verification of safety to prevent accidental bumps into the machine.
