Deliver authentic charbroiled flavors with this Pegasus charbroiler! This charbroiler features a compact countertop design with a durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel body. It stands on 4 adjustable cast nickel-plated legs. It has flame-free, raised cast iron ribs with 6 Incoloy sheath-type heating elements. These recessed heating elements are protected from fats and corrosive juices for long-lasting use and minimal heat radiation. This unit boasts a lift-up broiling element to perform fast cooking with lower energy consumption. It also has lift-up heating elements and a lift-out cook-top grate for simple cleaning and maintenance.

This charbroiler features (2) 12" broiling modules with infinite temperature controls. Its recessed, chrome metal adjustment knobs each independently operate half of the heating elements. This unit includes a concealed stainless steel grease drawer, splatter guards, and a 2 3/4" tapered stainless steel splash guard for quick and easy cleaning. It also comes with a 9 qt. stainless steel water pan drawer to help maintain moisture during the cooking process, ensuring food cooks evenly and stays juicy. This charbroiler requires a 208V, 3-phase electrical connection for operation, but it is field convertible to a 1-phase unit.
