Deliver authentic charbroiled flavors with this Pegasus charbroiler! This charbroiler features a compact countertop design with a durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel body. It stands on 4 adjustable cast nickel-plated legs. It has flame-free, raised cast iron ribs with 6 Incoloy sheath-type heating elements. These recessed heating elements are protected from fats and corrosive juices for long-lasting use and minimal heat radiation. This unit boasts a lift-up broiling element to perform fast cooking with lower energy consumption. It also has lift-up heating elements and a lift-out cook-top grate for simple cleaning and maintenance.

This charbroiler features (1) 12" broiling module with an infinite temperature control. It is easy to operate with a recessed, chrome metal adjustment knob. This unit includes a concealed stainless steel grease drawer, splatter guards, and a 2 3/4" tapered stainless steel splash guard for quick and easy cleaning. It also comes with a 9 qt. stainless steel water pan drawer to help maintain moisture during the cooking process, ensuring food cooks evenly and stays juicy. This charbroiler requires a 208V, 3-phase electrical connection for operation, but it is field convertible to a 1-phase unit.
