This natural gas unit boasts independent time and temperature controls and has a 150-500 degree Fahrenheit temperature range, for maximum versatility when cooking or baking. The two-speed fan is powered by a 1/2 hp motor and features convenient switch controls that allow you to easily bake or roast various products. This unit also features a cook and hold option so that you can cook at a high temperature and the oven will automatically switch to a lower holding temperature.
This unit is designed to be spacious and accommodating, with two bakery depth compartments that each hold five oven racks and support 10 positions. Two lights illuminate the porcelainized interior, which allows for better browning when roasting and is easy to clean at the end of a busy day. The 60/40 dependent doors can be opened with one hand to a full 130 degrees, for easier pan loading and retrieving. Plus, the large, left-side window gives you a better view of your products while they cook.
With a durable, stainless steel exterior this unit is built to withstand a commercial environment and is easy to maintain. The curved corners on this unit allow for more efficient and thorough cleaning, helping you to keep your kitchen up to sanitation standards. This unit also has a 60-minute timer with an audible buzzer, so you can focus on other kitchen tasks while the oven is cooking. A natural gas connection and a 120V electrical connection are required for operation.
