The AvaMix 928BX1GJAR 1 gallon stainless steel blender jar is perfect as either a replacement or as a spare for your BX1G blender. Made of durable stainless steel, this jar has what it takes to hold up to the wear-and-tear of a commercial kitchen and is also completely non-corrosive. Plus, as opposed to plastic jars that are prone to scratching, clouding, and hazing, this stainless steel jar is much more durable and has a greater temperature tolerance. This makes it useful for storing contents in a refrigerator or for blending hot soups.
Its hefty 1 gallon capacity allows for large batches of sauces, dips, and smoothies, and its dual handles make it easy to transport and maneuver. A clasp fitted on the jar locks down the lid to avoid overflow and make blending hot liquids safer. The jar includes both the blade assembly as well as the two-piece lid.
