Stainless Steel Jar
Made of heavy-duty stainless steel, the blender jar resists corrosion and withstands the wear and tear of a busy commercial kitchen. Plus, as opposed to plastic jars that are prone to scratching, clouding, and hazing, this stainless steel jar is much more durable and has a greater temperature tolerance. This makes it useful for storing contents in a refrigerator or for blending hot soups. It features dual handles for added safety during transport.
2-Piece Lid
The jar's 2-piece lid design allows staff to add ingredients while blending without having to remove it or stop the motor. Simply remove the clear center plug and replace it after adding ingredients.
1-Gallon Capacity
With the included hefty 1-gallon jar, it's easy to blend large batches of sauces, dips, smoothies, and purees. Your staff will need to load up the jar less frequently than with a traditional size blender jar.
Integrated Clasps
Integrated clasps on the side of the blender jar lock down the lid to prevent overflow and make blending hot liquids safer.
