This hydromechanical grease trap boasts a durable HDPE injection-molded body that is built to last, and it comes with an internal stainless steel orifice flow control plate. It features a sewer gas stopper that prevents unwanted odors from entering your kitchen, while its latched lid ensures convenient cleaning and maintenance.

This versatile grease trap can be installed on the ground, semi-recessed, or flush with the floor. It withstands temperatures up to 150 degrees Fahrenheit, and it has a flow rate of 50 GPM. Its grease capacity is 100 lb., its solids capacity is 11.9 gallons, and its liquid capacity is 44 gallons. This unit has a 3" no hub inlet and a 3" no hub outlet. Perfect for use in kitchens and food processing facilities, this Lil Max grease trap will help keep your drainage system functioning properly.
