Plus, the heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves are adjustable in 1/2" increments. This, paired with the unit's deep design, helps you with organizing your assorted ingredients, from fruits and veggies to deli meat.
The construction of this unit is designed with commercial use in mind. It features a stainless steel front, top, and sides, as well as a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. The clear-coated aluminum interior with stainless steel floor has coved corners and is fortified with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that helps provide structural rigidity and maintain internal temperatures. Because of its convenient worktop surface, the unit adds extra workspace for your staff to prepare meals without the need to purchase another table and take up valuable floor space. The 3 9/16" backsplash helps limit accidental spills and prevent messes, keeping your walls clean and dry.
Thanks to its positive seal door swings and magnetic door gaskets, this unit is easy to load and unload. Plus, the recessed handles ensure ease of use. The (6) 5" stem casters aid in maneuverability and make the unit easy to move for cleaning. Three of the casters lock to keep the unit stable when in use.
This refrigerator ensures optimal performance by operating with a 1/5 hp refrigeration system that circulates R-290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
