This True 54 1/8" bottom mounted reach-in combination refrigerator / freezer offers superior temperature control, easy maintenance, and low utility costs. To promote easy product retrieval at all times, the unit features bright and even LED interior lighting. The easily replaceable, energy-efficient LEDs generate less heat than fluorescent bulbs to keep internal temperatures low, and because they last significantly longer than other lights, you'll save money on replacement costs over time. The lights are safety shielded for added peace of mind. The unit includes six heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves that are adjustable in 1/2" increments to help organize your ingredients in an efficient way.
Its bottom mounted compressors allow you to use the top of the unit for storage. For added ease of use, this unit features electronic controls and an exterior temperature display. The refrigerator on the left section and the freezer on the right section both have solid stainless steel doors that come with magnetic door gaskets that provide a tight seal. The unit's exterior consists of a stainless steel front, anodized aluminum ends, and a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. Its interior boasts a clear-coated aluminum liner, coved corners, and a stainless steel floor that is easy to clean. Additionally, this unit's cabinet features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for added structural strength and to reduce energy loss.
This unit comes with (4) 4" stem casters, two with brakes, for maneuverability during cleaning. Both the 1/4 hp refrigerator compressor and the 1/2 hp freezer compressor use R-290 refrigerant that has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. The refrigerator section holds cabinet temperatures of 33-38 degrees Fahrenheit, while the freezer section maintains a cabinet temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping foods at safe storage temperatures. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
