This machine's powerful 1.5 hp motor is operated by on and off buttons, as well as a pulse switch, and all food processing components may be disassembled for easy cleaning. The stainless steel "S" blade boasts a finely serrated edge for maximum precision and speed, while an included bowl scraper assembly uses a simple turn of the wrist to help ensure that every bit of food is processed and used!
The Robot Coupe Blixer 3 requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. For safety, a motor brake and magnetic safety system are built into the unit.

This robot coupe is great. As a safety precaution, it locks in place before you can operate it. There is an internal bowl scraper which ensures everything is incorporated. There is only one speed and a pulse function which makes it simple to use and effective.
