This sturdy machine features a 12 qt. / 11.5 liter brushed stainless steel cutter bowl with handle and a leak proof, see-through lid that enables you to securely process food while keeping an eye on the progress. This versatile unit boasts two speeds at 1800 and 3600 RPM, and is able to liquefy, chop, grind, puree, and emulsify - making it perfect for use in your commercial kitchen or healthcare facility!
This machine's powerful 4 1/2 hp, three phase motor is operated by power buttons and a speed selector, and all food processing components may be disassembled for easy cleaning. The included adjustable, stainless steel smooth edge 3 blade assembly quickly processes an array of foods, while the included bowl scraper assembly ensures that every bit is processed and used! The Robot Coupe Blixer 10 requires a 208/240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation. For safety, a motor brake and magnetic safety system are built into the unit.
