Scratch and Dent Regency 20 Pan End Load Stainless Steel Bun / Sheet Pan Rack - Assembled

I was hoping that for the price this thing would have some weight to it, but it really doesn't. I will say if you are truly using it as a bread only rack then it may be fine, but if you plan to store anything that weighs more than a few pounds prepare for this thing to lean very much to one side. In the end to keep this thing useful I have gone to the hardware store and bought multiple L and T brackets and some self tapping sheet metal screws and reinforced all the connections originally held together by the screws included in the package. If you are using it for very light items go ahead and order, or if you are using it as a walk in storage rack like we are, go ahead and spend the big money and get a higher tier rack.

Absolute garbage! I ordered the rack and overnighted it to get it here in time. Once the rack arrived, all that was in the box was two side panels. No casters, no cross braces, no fasteners! All that was there were two side panels, with SHARP edges. No care taken in manufacturing, do not order from these people!!

We are a small retail bakery and lightly use these racks for tray up pastries in the evening, then fridge overnight. They don't go anywhere near a freezer or an oven. We were happy with those as they are rigid and don't wiggle when rolled around compared to cheaper rack. The construction, if not welded, is still sturdy. However one of the horizontal beam became loose, and it sounds like the nut inside the beam, that the screw screws into, is not attached inside the beam anymore. There is no way now to attach the beam to the vertical ladder. The rack is a bit less than 2 years old and customer service can't help as no parts are available. So it's an expensive write off for a perfectly fine rack from Webstaurant's own brand. This is very disappointing.

Much stronger than the aluminum unassembled sheet pan racks. As my old racks break, I'm slowly replacing them with these. Would be great if it weren't so spendy, but it's stainless steel, so it makes sense. It would be great if they sold parts for these (that'll get this the final star).

Good rack, good price, love that it was unassembled so it saved on some shipping at least. We put it to good use. Its a good all around medium duty rack.

The best investment I could have ever made! I love the space this rack provides for all of my cookie trays. I use half trays and this baby holds 20 of them! No more clutter in my kitchen or dinning room when I'm baking! It's super-sturdy, very well made. If you're on the fence or don't have a lot of space in your home, this is perfect! Doesn't take up much room at all. I store it in a corner in my DR. Highly recommend!

This is a strong rack. It does require assembly, and because of this, it was not as sturdy as we were hoping for. If you are looking for a rack that won't take damage easily, but expect a little bit of wobble if you intend on putting a lot of weight on this rack.

Great racks! good size and easy to move around. you can get the covers for them and all stainless making the easy to clean and keep clean.

Assembly was Quick and Easy, Very Sturdy pan rack for our bakery. Wheels glide easy as well.

Didn't really know how to rate these but want to give perspective....This is marketed in the description as "built with durability in mind". Partially true. The side panels are built like tanks. The stainless steel structure is heavy and easily cleanable. Unlike cheaper aluminum racks, the welds on the rails will withstand a beating and won't break off. The problem is, this durability is completely wasted by the beams that connect the two side panels. They are fastened with bolts. The threads in the beams that hold the bolts WILL strip over time. THERE ARE NO REPLACEMENT PARTS. We purchased three of these 9 years ago and another two 7 years ago. Of the 5 racks, 3 are loose/wobbly and 2 are completely stripped and unusable.
